My wife turned up for her paid appointment this morning and the shop is apparently closed. No phone call or email. Poor customer service. I'd go elsewhere. I've let Google know to update as temporarily closed, since apparently the owners won't do it.

These girls are experts. I regularly get my eyebrows tidied and my lashes lifted here and I always leave feeling amazing. I particularly recommend Miranda for lash lifts. Every time shes done them for me they look better and last longer (im talking 8 weeks and counting). 10/10 recommend.

Wax Monkey is by far the best beauty business I have ever been to. They offer such a wide range of services and are amazing at what they do. All of their staff make you feel so comfortable during your treatment and they are always so professional. Honestly can not recommend them enough!

I’ve had good experiences in the past but my most recent lash lift was extremely disappointing. The ends of the lashes were not dyed. Though the technician said she could redo the colour there wasn’t availability until later that night or the next day, with no other option offered when those times didn’t suit.

This small local business is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here for several years. The prices are very reasonable, all the staff I’ve met are professional and warm. They make a huge effort to be punctual and I was especially impressed that during short notice covid staff shortages, rather than cancelling appointments they discussed with clients slightly shortening appointment to fit everyone in and avoid cancelling on clients. Even though they were working flat out, they maintained their high standards and friendly manner. Special shout out to Hanna!

I had a great experience with Jess at Wax Monkey last night. She put me at ease straight away and despite being nervous walked away feeling great. Excellent skills and experience. 100% going back to see Jess again! Also love the new location - is a big plus as I now live southside
